The Head, Mrs Meikle, and the Academic Head, Mr Naidoo of Beaulieu College, are excited to share with you the Beaulieu College Matric group of 2009 pupils’ results. Congratulations to all the pupils on their remarkable results achieved in the IEB Examinations. Beaulieu College has achieved another 100% Matric pass rate with 88% achieving Bachelor Degree level. Two pupils were ranked within the top 1% of IEB learners in the following subjects:- (Victoria Pickup - Mathematics, Megan Smith – Visual Art) FULL HOUSE subject achievement with a Level 7, above 80% in all subjects was achieved by the following pupils: 8 SUBJECT DISTINCTIONS: Matthew Pool 7 SUBJECT DISTINCTIONS : Victoria Pickup Nicolle Sanne 5 SUBJECT DISTINCTIONS: Megan Smit Sinaed Frampton Michelle Jarman Kaila Melvill-Smith 4 SUBJECTS DISTINCTIONS: Derryn Fox Sian Roelofsz Sarah Farrell Luca Vettori 3 SUBJECT DISTINCTIONS: Christine Pappas2 SUBJECT DISTINCTIONS: Talent Dzviti Sven Ruygrok Brandon Rowe Beaulieu College matric pupils achieved a total of 80 subject distinctions at Level 7, (80% and over) from a class of 65 pupils. A total of 112 level 6 (70 – 79%) and a total of 138 level 5 (60 – 69%) were achieved. Our sincere gratitude goes to all our teachers and matric pupils for their work ethic and dedication to their work. Beaulieu College is a member of Independent Schools' Association of South Africa and prepares its students for the Independent Examinations Board school-leaving examinations to qualify for a National Senior Certificate. We have firmly adopted the principles of teaching and assessing in an OBE environment.
